Refund Policy

Purchases aren't live on Pixcadia yet. This policy takes effect with them, and we're publishing it early so there are no surprises.

Purchases

• 14 days, low playtime: if you bought a game on Pixcadia within the last 14 days and have played it for less than two hours, email us and we'll refund it. No forms, no interrogation.
• Statutory withdrawal and refund rights in your country apply on top of this and always win where they're stronger.
• Refunding a purchase removes the game from your library.

Keys and passes

• Redemption keys are refundable to whoever bought them (per the purchase terms above) only while unredeemed. A redeemed key is used.
• Free promotional keys, NFT-holder passes, and other granted access have no cash value and can't be refunded or exchanged.

Demos first

Most of our games have free browser demos. The best refund policy is trying before buying, so please do!
