Terms of Service

Pixcadia (pixcadia.com) is the game storefront of Oekaki Connect, where we publish and deliver our own games. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You need an account to play owned games; demos are open to everyone.
• Keep your login to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account; we're responsible for keeping the login system safe on our side.
• You must be old enough to consent to these terms where you live.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent, so see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed and what is retained.

Games and licenses

• Buying, redeeming a key for, or otherwise unlocking a game gives you a personal, non-transferable license to play it, either permanently or for the stated period for time-limited passes. You don't own the game files.
• Don't redistribute game builds, share signed play/download links, resell or farm redemption keys, or work around access controls. We may revoke access obtained fraudulently (e.g. keys bought with stolen cards).
• Web games run in your browser; desktop builds may be offered per game. We may update, patch, or retire specific versions while keeping your access to the game.

NFT holder perks

• Holding qualifying Oekaki Connect NFTs can unlock perks (time-limited game passes, in-game extras). Verification reads public wallet data only. We never ask you to connect a wallet extension, sign a transaction, or share keys.
• Perks follow the wallet: if a wallet is verified on a different Pixcadia account, perks move with it. Perks are a thank-you, not a product you purchase, and collections' perk status can change.
• Nothing on Pixcadia is financial advice, and we don't sell NFTs here.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, scraping of other players' data, key brute-forcing, or interfering with delivery infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that do, and suspension pauses access while we investigate.

Our promises and limits

• We aim to keep Pixcadia available, but it's provided "as is": small team, honest effort, no uptime guarantee.
• To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
• We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
